		<description>Nice catch Jay!... I spoke in the past with a few Googlers about ads they were running in AdSense (there are quite a few hiring ads, affiliate ads for some Google products, etc). For whatever it&#039;s worth - I was told that Google is setup as a regular advertiser in the system and bids for pricing the way any other advertiser would (which makes sense... it would be a slippery slope if they had better pricing...)</description>
