Can you go through the entire line of groups/music touched by Vedder/Cornel? I'm trying to get my Son up to speed on how much music we know today was touched by these two incredible men. We saw Chris last summer on the Projekt Revolution tour and he was amazing.

That is awesome. I can't wait to see them in Brisbane, Australia next month. Got the Pearl Jam Fan tickets and hope I can be right up the front!!

I have seen Chris Cornell do Hunger Strike when he toured with Linkin Park in 2007. And the amazing thing about that was he had Andrew Stockdale from Wolfmother fill in for Eddie on that track and then Chris played some Soundgarden and Audioslave songs.

Will these magical days ever end……I hope not!

did that really happen? That has NEVER happened. NEVER. Once, Eddie sang a verse of Hunger Strike by himself. ONCE. that was it. You know the clip, it is mostly the audience singing. Eddie says at the end "I'll play for that Chris...". That is the closest anyone has come (and that was about 15 years ago, if I recall correctly).

Ok, there was another Temple of The Dog live reunion. Years ago, in Phoenix, at Lolla 2, both Pearl Jam and Soundgarden were on the bill. Eddie and Chris supposedly snuck onto the side stage that day and did some Temple of the Dog songs. No recordings exist. It was done on the fly with acoustics. Oh yeah, I WAS AT THAT SHOW

yeah, I was at that show, but missed it. Heard about it later. I was watching Ice Cube rock the house on the main stage.

I just listened to the whole thing at work…Watched them at the ACL Festival in Austin this past weekend and it was the best show I've ever witnessed. I think seeing Hunger Strike would have been unbelievable in person. Thanks for the video.
